Brewed this in my french press this morning and got a really clean, smooth cup with just a hint of sweetness. The medium roast keeps it drinkable without any bitterness, and I've already gone through half the bag.

As a medium roast this one actually tastes like something—cocoa and a bit of citrus, no burnt bitterness. I've run it through filter and espresso now and it holds up both ways.
