哥倫比亞 - 聖羅克

Brewed this in my French press and the lighter roast really lets the cherry-like sweetness come through without any bitterness. I've been drinking it black all week and it's smooth enough that I don't even want cream.

Pulled this as espresso and it's shockingly smooth for a lighter roast, no bitterness at all. The fully washed process really comes through with a clean, almost tea-like finish. Already on my second bag.

Sun-dried beans really shine here—even with a basic filter setup, the cup stayed clean and sweet with zero bitterness. The lighter roast keeps things bright without losing that classic Colombian body. Already ordered another bag.
