Deep Bleu - luomu

Brewed this in my French press and it's got that deep, almost smoky richness without turning bitter. Being organic actually matters to me, and the Latin American beans come through with a smooth finish. Already ordered a second bag.

The dark roast level is exactly what I look for—deep and bold without any bitterness. Ground some for my French press this weekend and the body came out rich and smooth, perfect for a slow morning.

Pulled a shot this morning and the crema was thick enough to slow-pour over, exactly what I want from a dark Latin American roast. It’s organic but doesn’t taste thin or acidic, just smooth and heavy. French press on weekends gives the same depth without any bitterness creeping in.
