The cherry cola note really comes through in the finish, which I wasn't expecting from a light roast. I've been making it in a pour-over and it stays smooth even when I accidentally over-brew it.

I've been drinking this every morning for two weeks and it's ridiculously easy to finish a whole mug before I even sit down. The chocolate note comes through more than I expected, but that hint of cherry cola keeps it from tasting heavy. Light enough that I can have a second cup at noon without feel

The clementine and cherry cola notes come through exactly as described, but what really got me was how smooth it stays even as it cools down. I brewed a big mug mid-morning and kept sipping it through the afternoon without it turning bitter. This one’s earned a permanent spot in my rotation.
