Heat Wave

I've been drinking this lighter roast in my French press every morning and the sun-dried Colombian beans give it a really smooth, clean finish with barely any bitterness. Even my partner, who usually drowns everything in cream, has been drinking it black.

These beans pull incredibly clean as espresso, with none of the smoky bitterness I usually get from darker roasts. The lighter Colombian roast still holds up in my drip machine too, which surprised me.

The lighter roast really lets the Colombian beans shine through—I get a clean, almost nutty sweetness with zero bitterness, even in my drip brewer. I've tried it as espresso shots too, and the crema is surprisingly thick for how delicate the roast is. This bag won't last me the week.
