The medium roast hits that sweet spot where it's smooth enough to drink black but still has some depth. I've mostly been using it for pour-over and the East African beans give it a nice fruity edge without being too acidic.

I've been brewing this in my French press every morning and the medium roast comes through really balanced, not bitter at all. The blend of Latin American and East African beans gives it a nice depth that I wasn't expecting from an organic bag.

I was a little worried about trying a new blend, but the Latin American and East African beans come together so nicely in my French press. It brews up smooth with just the right amount of body for a medium roast, and the bag lasted me a solid two weeks of morning cups.
